Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times:

Local (South Africa): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns.

We are not responsible for:

Courier delays once a parcel has left our facility

Customs clearance delays or fees for international orders

Non-delivery or delay due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
