Responsibility for product quality, warranties, and delivery timelines rests with the supplier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Limitation of Liability
OVADUE PTY LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our platform. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or customs authorities. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under South African law.

4. Product Information & Availability
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by suppliers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. Availability is subject to supplier stock and may change without notice.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the supplier’s policies and the Consumer Protection Act. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt if they wish to initiate a return. We will assist in facilitating communication with the supplier but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond statutory obligations.
